Job Title: Garage Manager
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: £28000 per year

The Role: The successful candidate will have at least TWO years of experience as a Garage manager with a minimum of B1 in English. We welcome applicants who want to succeed and grow with us! In this role you will be required to undertake tasks related to managing the garage. You work as a team worker with an understanding of financial aspects of the project.

Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of customer needs and efficiently manage the retail desk in fast paced automotive garage environment.
• Supervise and lead a team of up skilled motor vehicle technicians
• Book jobs, interact with customers, and maximize sales opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the reputation of our prestigious center.
• Training, motivating and working with your vehicle technicians ensuring they skill up and trained to the best of their ability
Ensure the Health and Safety standards of the site are adhered to.
Qualities and Skills:
• Minimum requirements B1 English
• A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent, lifelong learning.
• Excellent organizational skills and to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility with flexible attitude
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
• Able to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team.
• Ability to relocate • Resilient to cope with conflicting demands, able to priorities duties and work effectively under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times. There is a requirement for the post holder to recognize this and adopt a flexible approach to work, job descriptions will be reviewed regularly and where necessary revised in accordance with organizational needs. Job Title: Car body repairer

The Role: The successful candidate will have at least TWO years of experience as a Car body repairer with a minimum of B1 in English. We welcome applicants who want to succeed and grow with us! In this role you will be required to undertake tasks related to repairing body of the cars. You work as a team worker with an understanding of financial aspects of the project.
Responsibilities:
• Communicating with the customers to gauge what work ought to be done.
• Performing diagnostic assessments to ensure that all issues have been detected.
• Performing cost estimations and clearing these with customers before proceeding with work.
• Wearing safety glasses and conducting work in a safe manner.
• Restoring vehicles to their original condition, or better, by repairing, replacing, and upgrading features of their exterior.
• Ensuring that each vehicle is roadworthy upon completion of the job.
• Returning vehicles to their owners. Qualities and Skills:
